This is one pad with unlimited options and three wavelengths of light! Red (660nm), Blue (440nm) and Infra Red (840nm). Can be used on necks, backs, shoulders, dogs, humans; the possibilities are endless. 

The combination of 660nm red and 850nm Infrared is excellent for any soft tissue or bony issues as well as pre and post workout therapy and reducing any inflammation or treating joint issues.  When you add blue you target the skin, the lymph and surface inflammation as well.
