Cancellations
Cancellations & Rescheduling Policy
At On Track Equine, each session is carefully scheduled to provide focused, individual care for your horse. To ensure all clients receive the attention they deserve, the following policy applies:
Cancellation Notice
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows will incur 100% of the session cost.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible.
- Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to availability and will incur the same fees as cancellations.
Multi-Horse & Package Bookings
- For properties with 3+ horses booked at one time, the same 24-hour notice applies.
- Any changes affecting the group will require adjustment to session timing and fees.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
- Contact via phone, TXT, or FB as soon as possible.
- Confirmation of cancellation/rescheduling will be provided.
- Communication helps ensure your horse’s spot can be offered to another horse in need.
